Before joining "The Big Bang Theory," Nayyar builds his acting career through theater and television, gaining early experience in stage productions and academic training. He studies acting at Temple University and participates in performances that develop his skills in both comedic and dramatic material.

Nayyar also appears in television and film projects prior to and during the early years of the series, including guest roles and independent productions that provide him with experience working on professional sets and with ensemble casts.

In addition to on-screen acting, Nayyar performs in theater and lends his voice to animated projects, expanding his work across different mediums. His background includes training in classical and contemporary performance styles, contributing to his versatility as an actor.

Outside of acting, Nayyar engages in writing and has authored published work, while continuing to pursue roles in television, film, and voice acting.
