A CONTEST AT THE STATION TURNS UGLY WHEN FAIR PLAY IS FORGOTTEN -- A competition at Shining Time Station brings out the worst in Schemer (Brian O'Connor), who bends the rules to get ahead. Stacy (Didi Conn) steps in as Dan, Becky, and Kara react to the cheating, while Billy (Tom Jackson) helps restore order.
