As the earthquake rattles Harmony, Tabitha and Endora realize the long-predicted disaster has finally begun. At the church, panic spreads, but once the shaking stops, Juanita realizes her bomb has failed and decides to trigger it manually. Ethan admits to Father Lonigan that he still longs for Theresa, while Theresa flees the church, prays for help, and then follows Juanita inside. Juanita reveals she knows Gertrude is really Theresa and intends to kill her.
